• Any data or content you input, upload, or provide for use with the Service (e.g., business data, marketing materials, affiliate-related information).

Information We Collect Automatically

When you access or use the Service, we may automatically collect:

• Technical and usage data (e.g., IP address, browser type, device information, operating system, pages viewed, time and duration of use, referral sources).
• Cookies, web beacons, or similar technologies for functionality, analytics, and security.

Information from Other Sources

We may receive information about you from third parties, such as payment processors or service providers supporting the Service.

We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information (e.g., racial or ethnic origin, health data, precise geolocation) unless strictly necessary and disclosed.

• Enforce our agreements, including the Affiliate Terms of Service.

We make no claims of ownership over any Customer-supplied or input data placed into our tools or used in our consulting services in the normal course of providing the Service. We use such data solely to deliver the Service to you.

We may share your information:

• With service providers, vendors, or contractors who assist us in operating the Service (e.g., hosting, payment processing, analytics, support), under obligations to protect the data.
• In administrative filings or registrations that may be publicly available, as required for providing the Service.
• To comply with legal requirements, respond to lawful requests, protect rights and safety, or enforce our agreements.
• In connection with a business transfer (e.g., merger or acquisition), where the successor agrees to similar privacy protections.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use Customer data for purposes other than providing the Service.

We implement commercially reasonable technical, administrative, and organizational measures to protect your data, including internal backup, recovery, and continuity procedures included in our base Service.

However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. You are responsible for maintaining your own security measures — including logon security, encryption, firewalls, anti-virus software, and local backups — as outlined in the Affiliate Terms of Service.

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to provide the Service, fulfill legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce agreements. Customer-input data is retained as needed to deliver the Service or per your instructions.

Your Responsibilities

As a Customer, you are responsible for:

• Ensuring any personal information you provide or input complies with applicable laws.
• Managing consents, rights requests, or compliance obligations for your own end-users or affiliates.

If you are an individual user accessing tools under a Customer account, your use is also governed by our Individual User Terms of Use.

Your Rights

Depending on applicable law (e.g., MODPA for Maryland residents), you may have rights regarding your personal information, such as access, correction, deletion, or opt-out of certain processing. Contact us to exercise any applicable rights.

If you are located outside the United States, information may be transferred to and processed in the U.S. or other locations where we or our providers operate. We take steps to ensure appropriate safeguards for such transfers where required by law.

Our Service is not directed to children under 13 (or 16 in some jurisdictions). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn we have collected such data, we will delete it promptly.
