Method Affiliate Network ("Method", "we", "us", or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard personal information when you (or your organization, referred to as "Customer", "Affiliate", or "you") use our electronic tools, consulting services, and related offerings (collectively, the "Service"), as described in our Affiliate Terms of Service.
This Privacy Policy applies to personal information we collect or process in connection with the Service. It does not apply to data processed solely by our Customers on their own systems or to any third-party websites or services linked from our Service.

Information You Provide When you enroll as an Affiliate/Customer, use the Service, or communicate with us, we may collect:
Contact and account information (e.g., name, organization name, email address, postal address, phone number).
Billing and payment details (e.g., credit card information or other payment method data, processed via approved electronic means).
Any data or content you input, upload, or provide for use with the Service (e.g., business data, marketing materials, affiliate-related information).
Information We Collect Automatically When you access or use the Service, we may automatically collect:
Technical and usage data (e.g., IP address, browser type, device information, operating system, pages viewed, time and duration of use, referral sources).

3. Sharing and Disclosure of Information
We may share your information:
With service providers, vendors, or contractors who assist us in operating the Service (e.g., hosting, payment processing, analytics, support), under obligations to protect the data.
In administrative filings or registrations that may be publicly available, as required for providing the Service (your name may appear in such contexts).

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to provide the Service, fulfill legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce agreements. Customer-input data is retained as needed to deliver the Service or per your instructions.

As a Customer, you are responsible for:
Ensuring any personal information you provide or input complies with applicable laws.
Managing consents, rights requests, or compliance obligations for your own end-users or affiliates.
