We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information (e.g., racial/ethnic origin, health data, precise geolocation) unless strictly necessary and disclosed.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information to:

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use Customer data for purposes other than providing the Service.

4. Data Security

We implement commercially reasonable technical, administrative, and organizational measures to protect your data, including internal backup, recovery, and continuity procedures (included in our base Service). If you are an individual user accessing tools under a Customer account, your use is also governed by our Individual User Terms of Use.

Depending on applicable law (e.g., MODPA for Maryland residents), you may have rights regarding your personal information, such as access, correction, deletion, or opt-out of certain processing. Contact us to exercise any applicable rights.

7. International Transfers

If you are located outside the United States, information may be transferred to and processed in the U.S. (or other locations where we or our providers operate). We take steps to ensure appropriate safeguards for such transfers where required by law.
